Evocasa Orizont Ploiesti, developed by ADAMA

Developed by ADAMA, one of the leading  Real Estate developer active in the markets of Central and Eastern Europe, the Evocasa Orizont (romanian for  Horizon)  is built over a green area of  120,000 sqm  in Blejoi, Ploiestiori village, in the north of Ploiesti. It will  include 800 residential units that is : type P+1E  villas and apartments in 4 stored buildings, all of them planned and built  according to the highest standards of design. The position of the condominium  offers easy access to the city center of Ploiesti with its major shopping centers and  it’s on the way to the most visited  mountain resorts in Romania : Sinaia, Busteni , Azuga, Predeal and Brasov.

The first stage of the Evocasa Orizont project is finished and ready for delivery.  It includes 11 Type a villas , 8 Type B villas and 77  apartments (studio, 1 bedroom, 2 and 3 bedroms apartment ) in 6 (P+4) buildings. Evocasa Orizont apartments and villas will have individual central heating for each apartment, wooden-floors, tiles double-glazed windows, internet, television cable and phone plugs.Each building in the condominium has 24 hours security service and access to several playground areas and parking spaces.

Acting as letting agency and property management company for more than 3 years now, Grupo FDP has gained great knowledge of the residential market in Romania. In Evocasa Orizont condominium Grupo FDP is renting a number of apartments owned by foreign investors  and  manages several units  in the project.
