Planorama Residence:

These four towers of 25 floors will look impressive in the area.

The apartments from Planorama will have private central heating, double-glazed windows,

tiles, storages, system for the air conditioned. Planorama offers private sport

club with pool, commercial center, office spaces, underground parking,

intercoms in each apartment. 

The first Tower’s apartments from Planorama have started to be snagged and

people will soon start living there. As letting agency, Grupo FDP

expects rentals between 500-650 eur/month, for 1 bedroom

apartments, fully furnished and with parking place.

After doing the snagging of the first apartments in Planorama, and see

how they will finally be finished, we will be able to make a more

accurate estimation. Also, the quality of the furniture fitted will

make a difference on the final rental price and how fast will the

apartment be rented. Grupo FDP has already some clients that

invested it Planorama and are ready for the snagging, signature

of final purchase contract and furnishing their apartments.

Grupo FDP will then find suitable tenants to rent these apartments

and will also provide with rent management services.
