Residenz Chitila - Cartierul German:

Located at 10 km from Bucharest Center, Residenz consists of 48 buildings with a height level from GF+3F to GF+5F with a total of 489 apartments. Residenz apartments will be delivered in 4 phases: phases 1 and 2 have been deliverd in 2008, phase 3 apartments have been delivered in april 2009 and phase 4 apartments are supposed to be deliverd in June 2009. Residenz will also have 320 garages, 169 parking spaces for the owners, 169 parking spaces for the visitors, 487 underground storages, privat kingerdarden, a market, an artificial lake, elevators in each building and commercial area.
