Blue Tower Bucuresti

Located in the north-eastern part of Bucharest, at 4 km from the centre, in Colentina neighbourhood, Blue Tower is a 16 floors building that started to be build in august 2007. It has a total of 156 apartments that vary form studios (22 apartments), to 1 bedroom (5 apartments), 2 bedrooms (98 apartments), 3 bedrooms (26 apartments) and 4 bedrooms (5 apartments). In the basement there will be the parking places and the storages. The apartments will have high standard finishing, glazed balcony and private central heating. The lake view, towards Plumbuita Lake, is a big plus for the apartments. Until now, 13 floors have been built. The project is due to be finalized in June 2009. Grupo FDP already does property management for apartments in that area so as soon as the project will be delivered, Grupo FDP will offer property management services to the Blue Tower investors.
