City Lights Pipera

CityLights Pipera:

Located in the north of Bucharest, City Lights Pipera is a Residential project based on a green area, near to the forest. The project consists of 4 blocks with a total of 144 apartments. 154 underground parking spaces are available for the owners of the apartments. The visitors will have their own parking spaces, located above ground, at the entrance of the project. All the apartments have glazed windows, wood floor, private central heating and internet, telephone and TV cable plugs. Each building has elevators that take you directly to the underground parking. The project also has a playground for kids, alleys for jogging and lots of green spaces where you can relax.

Based on developer’s estimations, first apartments will be ready for snagging in June/July and, looking at the progress they’ve made in since the beginning of March until the end of April, it seems that they will achieve it. The delivery process is supposed to end in the 1st quarter of 2010 with the apartments from building A.

As letting agency, Grupo FDP expects rentals between 400-500 eur/month, for 1 bedroom apartments, fully furnished and with parking place in the actual market situation. Differences on this prices will depend a lot on how the apartments will be finished (we will know after doing the snagging of the first apartments) and the quality of the furniture fitted. Grupo FDP has already some clients that invested in CityLights and are ready for the snagging, signature of final purchase contract and furnishing their apartments. Economic furniture packages are offered by FDP to their clients in order to maximize their profits.
