Melbourne Residence:

Located in the north of Bucharest, near Henri Coanda International Airport, Melbourne Residence is a Residential project developed by South Pacific based on a green area, near Baneasa forest, Sidney Residence and Adelaide Residence. At 20 minutes distance you have the biggest commercial area in Bucharest that consists of Baneasa Shopping Center, IKEA, Media Galaxy, Brico Store, Metro, Carrefour so you will always have where to do your shopping. Melbourne Residence consists of 71 villas with the hight level of GF+1F, that have private garden, and private parking space included.
