Vitan Platinum Towers:

Located very closed to the city center, Platinum Towers is a residential new project

that has as one of it’s biggest strengths, the fact that are situated just beside a metro station.

The project is experiencing some delays in delivery and there are many buyers that

are impatiently waiting for their houses to be completed. As far as we know, the

developer/constructor is now putting all their efforts to conclude the works asap,

let’s see the evolution during the next weeks!!!Aparently, blocks A and B are close

to completion but blocks C and D doesn't have a defined delivery date yet.

Grupo FDP has rental expectations of around 450-600 eur/month, for 1 bedroom

apartments, fully furnished and with parking place. The differences will depend a lot on how the apartments will be finished (we will be able to say when first apartments will

be snagged by GRUPO FDP) and the quality of the furniture fitted. Grupo FDP has

already some clients that invested at Vitan Platinium Towers and will need snagging,

signature representation and property management for their apartments. FDP will also

act as letting agent at Vitan Platinium Towers after furnishing the apartments and

getting the kitchens fitted. We are offering excellent furniture packages that will

maximize the investors profits.
