Citadella Titan

Citadella Titan Residence:

Located in the South-East of Bucharest, in the middle of Titan, a growing working class area where several residential new projects are already built or near completion. Just behind an Auchan supermarket and also surrounded by shantytown dwellings, Citadella Residence will have to make a big effort to justify their prices in this area.

Citadella Titan will have 2 blocks each of GF+14 floors shall comprise 210 apartments of 1,2,3,4 rooms. The project will have above ground or underground parking spaces, a park, children area, an event hall and surveillance system.

Citadella Titan Residence seems that will be delayed from their completion date. We will have to see how they move forward during the next weeks to estimate a realistic completion date. It is really difficult to estimate rental levels at this point and we will need to wait until the snagging process to see how the finishing is.

Grupo FDP is already in contact with different investors at Citadella Titan Residence in order to act as letting agent and for doing property management there.
