Asmita Gardens

Asmita Gardens:

Quite closed to the city center, Asmita Gardens is a residential new project situated just beside the Dambovita river in Vitan area. The project has been designed by one of the most well know architects in Romania and built by a renamed construction company.

The construction began in November 2006 and is now completed and ready to be delivered. The condominium is built on an area of 27,000 sqm and is composed of seven buildings GF +16/20/24. There are a total of 788 apartments: studios and 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments. Each building has parking places, fitness center, jogging areas and commercial spaces. In addition, each building has its own water supply plant and water tank, heating and electricity generator.

The showroom’s apartment shows good quality and finishing materials. The buildings are well prepared for Earthquakes. Grupo FDP has rental expectations of around 500-600 eur/month, for 1 bedroom apartments, fully furnished and with parking place. The differences will depend on the quality of the furniture. Grupo FDP has already some clients that invested at Asmita Gardens and will need snagging, signature representation and property management for their apartments. FDP will also act as letting agent at Asmita Gardens after furnishing the apartments and getting the kitchens fitted. We are offering excellent furniture packages that will maximize the investors’ profits.
