Jucu Residence

The ensemble JUCU GREEN RESIDENCE is composed of 18 villas located 500 meters from the European road and 1.5 kilometers of factory Nokia, in an area that contains only houses, to which access is made directly from the asphalt road. 

The villas will have two levels: ground floor consists of living room, kitchen and bathroom and the floor of 3 bedrooms and a bathroom. The interior and exterior will be composed of brick, and the total useful area will be between 113 and 117 square meters to which adds one to each terrace level, the handover will be made according to customer's option, at two levels of finishing: 
- Semi-finished version: walls painted in washable, hoes cast, complete and functional interior installations, including heating. 
- Fully dressed version: either with parquet floors are covered with tiles, the bathrooms are fully equipped and fitted interior doors. 
- The exterior in both versions is completely finished (exterior insulated with polystyrene 10 cm), including the planning of access to the garden and 2 parking spaces in front of the villa. 

The entire property is fenced, access to the complex being made on a secure system by remote control for all residents.
