BelleVue Residence Brasov:

Located on a hill in the historical centre of Brasov, Bellevue will be one of the most exclusive projects in Romania. If you can just imagine being in the historical centre of this beautiful city but with an incredible panoramic view of it and the mountains, together with the highest quality finishing materials, then you can have an idea of what this project is. Bellevue is composed of 8 blocks, the ninth one to be confirmed if it will finally be built, of 16 apartments each. They have underground parking places together with stores rooms.

Blocks 2 and 3 will be first delivered (end of June); after that, blocks 1 and 4 and at the last stage of phase I, blocks 5 and 6.

Blocks 7 and 8 are within phase II of the project.

Grupo FDP will act as letting agency for some Bellevue investors and will do property management for several apartments there.
