West Park:

Considered to be the “Project of the year” in 2007, West Park is located near Morii Lake as its name says, on the west part of Bucharest. At its launching, 20% of phase I was sold in the first 2 weeks. West Park has 19 buildings with a total of 1439 apartments, but lately there are rumours that only the first 4 blocks will be build due to the market crisis. The height level is from Ground Floor + 8 to Ground Floor + 14. West Park is offering facilities like: large and bright rooms, a pool, shopping centre, playground and kinder ground for your children.

The apartments from the first phase have begun being delivered recently. Owners are attending to do the snagging and soon they will be able to move in.

Grupo FDP is already doing property management for investors that bought apartments in West Park.
