Tampa Gardens:

Located at the foot of Tampa Mountain but close to shopping centers, kindergartens and hospitals, Tampa Gardens received in 2007 the award for “Best project location”. The height level is Underground+GF+12F. The lodgers of the apartments will enjoy the clean mountain air but at the same time living very close to the city’s center, Tampa Gardens being located 5 minutes away from it. The project consists of 3 blocks with a total of 407 apartments. Two of the blocks are finished and in the process of delivering (snagging and final signature). All the apartments have glazed windows, wood floor and private central heating which is located outside the apartment for safety reasons. Each building has two elevators that take you directly to the underground parking. The project also has a playground for kids, a park, a SPA and 24h watch.

Grupo FDP is already acting as letting agency for Tampa Gardens investors and doing property management for several apartments there.
