Avantgarden Brasov The residential project Avantgarden is located in Brasov in the north part of the city (the exit to Sibiu), in the residential area of Brasov. The project has 309 apartments that are built in 17 villas of 2 types: Pearl and Panoramic. The Pearl villas have 13 apartments and the Panoramic ones 21 apartments. The apartments have big bright rooms, big windows, storage and parking place, internet, cable television and phone plugs in the living and bedroom, wood floor, tiles and large terraces.The facilities that the project is offering are: kindergarten, intercom in every apartment, kid’s play area, surveillance system and supermarket. The delivery of the apartments has begun in December 2008 and the finalization is due to be in 2010.
As Grupo FDP is doing property management in Brasov too, the company will act as a letting agency for Avantgarden investors that want to contract our property management services.
